Life optimization: personal experience and useful life hacks

This is a motivating book about life optimization, cleaning and decluttering. If you want to make your life simplier and easier, just read it. The progress of humanity is an amazing thing. Technologies are developing at tremendous speed, and every year we gain more and more comfort. But has this made our life easier? Unfortunately, quite the opposite happened. Why is that? Firstly, people have too many options to choose from. When you have three channels on TV and two types of cheese in the store, it is much easier to decide what movie to watch in the evening and what cheese to use in a sandwich. Now the abundance confuses the user, because you can watch any movie or start watching a series; you can order ready-made food or groceries from any store; you can select everything at once, or choose nothing. Secondly, people had a huge amount of free time at their disposal and immediately began to occupy it with new activities, rituals and traditions. Someone should definitely buy a croissant in the pastry shop in the morning on the way to work. Some people cannot imagine their day without yoga and meditation. And someone needs to watch all the new videos on TikTok every evening. We ourselves create an endless series of things to do, and then complain that we don’t have time to do anything. The social networks have turned the human day into continuous viewing of content. We scroll through the feed, watch videos, listen to recordings, write comments, we press like or dislike. Sometimes it seems that we simply don’t want or don’t know how to live simply. But I don't want to believe this, because I know that many people are looking for ways to simplify their lives. That is why I wrote this book to help those who want to optimize the space around them, get rid of unnecessary things, rituals and habits. This is mostly my personal experience. I hope you, too, will be able to find a lot of unnecessary things and items in your home that will be useful to someone more than to you. Decluttering and optimization of your life may seem daunting at first. But over time you get used to it and start to enjoy it. Believe me, living simplier life is much easier. I hope you found my experience useful. If I managed to inspire any of you to clean out your home of junk, I will be glad. Good luck to you in getting rid of everything unnecessary and superfluous!
